So my step dad Bruce sent me this very interesting article about pushing ourselves to our limits. The idea is that by changing the parameters of what we believe to be our limit, we can actually exceed this self imposed limit. I am going to use this idea in training this week as I push myself to discover what my body can do and what limits I can reach and surpass.
