• Qualified for the Pan Pacific Championships in the 200fly in Irvine, California.
• Broke the Canadian record the 200fly at the Pan Pacific Championships in a time of 1:57.31.
• Member of the 4th place 4x200free relay at the Pan Pacs.
• Qualified for the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi, India.
• Broke the Canadian in the 200fly at the Commonwealth games in a time of 1:57.01.
• Finished 3rd in the 200fly  at the Commonwealth Games.
• Member of the 4th place 4x100medley relay, 4x100free relay, and 4x200free relay at the Commonwealth Games.

2009

• Qualified for the FINA World Championships for the 4x100free relays.
• Member of the 9^th place 4x100free relay at the FINA World Championships in Rome, Italy.
• Member of the 12^th place 4x200free relay at the FINA World Championships.
• Finished 23^rd in the 200meter fly in a new Canadian record time at the FINA World Championships.
• Member of the world record 4x200free relay at the British Gas Grand Prix in Leeds, England.
• Finished 2^nd in the 200 short course meter fly in a new Canadian record time at the British Gas Grand Prix.
• Member of the Canadian World Cup team in Stockholm and Berlin.

2008

• Finished 4^th in the 200meter fly at the Canadian Olympic Trials in Montreal.
• Finished 2^nd in the 200meter fly at the Canadian Summer nationals in Winnipeg.

2007

• Qualified for the Pan American games in the 200meter fly.
• Bronze medal winner in the 4x200free relay at the Pan American Games in Rio, Brazil.
• Finished 7^th in the 200meter fly at the Pan American Games.
• Canadian National Champion in the 200meter fly at the Canadian Summer Nationals in Calgary.

2006

• Qualified for the Pan Pacific Championships for team Canada in the 200meter fly.
• Finished 13^th in 200meter fly at the Pan Pacific Championships in Victoria, BC.

2005

• Finished 2^nd in 200meter fly behind World Record holder Michael Phelps at the US national Championships in Irvine, California.
